BC EMALB First Responder Course Results form for FR Licensing in Kelowna, BC.
One of the final steps to ensuring your Canadian Red Cross First Responder course participants receive a First Responder Licence, as issued by BC EMALB, is to fill out and submit the EMALB First Responder Course Results form. The Course Results form is a downloadable Excel Spreadsheet which is updated frequently, so you need to download a fresh copy every time you submit new First Responder Licensing participants.
Follow the instructions on the EMALB Course Results form itself, which will vary depending on whether the participant is receiving their Initial EMALB First Responder Licence or Renewing their previous EMALB First Responder Licence. Once the form has been electronically completed, you will need to save it and attach the file to an email sent to firstres@gov.bc.ca
Once the BC EMALB Licensing office receives the First Responder Course Results form they will cross reference the listed FR Participants, Instructor and Evaluator, with an EMALB Application for License submission. If everything matches up and is verified, the participants will receive their EMALB First Responder Licenses by email.
